Must have a valid adult Brentwood Library card to sign up for kits. Tea kits will be provided during the program. If you are unable to attend, you may pick up your kit after. Please note: Kits will only be held for pick up until the end of the month. 

The Ancient Art of Teaism

Japanese and Chinese tea ceremonies are not only ways to drink tea, but art forms in themselves informed by a philosophy and literature known as “teaism.” Join librarian Peter for a traditional green tea and learn a bit about the history of teaism.
