In this hands-on workshop, Chef Rob will share a recipe he learned from a local German baker: German Apple Cake. Just in time for Oktoberfest, this impressive cake will serve 8-10! Please bring: 2 granny smith apples, peeler, large and medium bowl, rubber spatula, and a 9-inch round cake pan.
