Mike Dash is the author of classic historical investigations such as Tulipomania, Satan’s Circus, and Batavia’s Graveyard, historical classics on topics such as the mafia, the 19th century obsession with tulips, as well as hundreds of articles investigating similarly fascinating and mysterious stories. He will join us to talk about some of these stories, how they caught his attention, and how he went about finding answers to historical unknowns.
