Home Fire Campaign: Sound the Alarm. Save a Life. Every eight minutes, the American Red Cross responds to a disaster—most often, home fires. Sadly, these crises take seven lives a day. But you can help protect your students, family and community through the American Red Cross Home Fire Campaign. Trained Red Cross volunteers will visit homes via appointment to install FREE smoke alarms and provide fire safety education. We can provide a special flyer for your school with sign up information and/or schedule a day for appointments in your school’s community.
