T’ai Chi Ch’uan is the gentle, centuries old Chinese martial art that blends work on the body, mind, and spirit to improve the overall well-being.

Join A Time for Kids, Inc. in this family fun, preschool readiness program live on Zoom! Activities include music, movement, fine motor development, gross motor development and storytelling.

A free, healthy grab & go lunch will be available for kids and teens ages 18 and under. Meals are for pick up only; there will be no on-site dining.

No registration is required.
