My Gym LIVE is an online program that features most of the elements of traditional gym classes, right at home! Classes focus on developing balance, fine motor skills, agility and basic tumbling and gymnastics skills – no gymnastics experience required! You will receive a link to the program in the reminder email with log-in instructions.
