T’ai Chi Ch’uan is the gentle, centuries old Chinese martial art that blends work on the body, mind, and spirit to improve the overall well-being. Led by a certified instructor, this ten-week session will focus on a four-posture, 42-move short-form. As each class sequentially builds on the previous one, it is important to commit to the entire session from beginning to end. Please wear loose-fitting clothing that will allow for full body movement. Light, soft-soled shoes are also recommended. This program will be held on the green in front of the library and will follow all pandemic safety guidelines.
