Alzheimer’s & Dementia Early Stage Support Group

This 8-week interactive program offers support, education and social engagement to those who are newly diagnosed and in the early stage of Alzheimer's disease or another dementia. Discussions will provide disease education, help participants develop coping strategies, plan for their future, and grow a support system with people who understand. A group for care partners runs concurrently with these early-stage groups. Pre-registration is required by calling (800) 272-3900.
