Program Description

Event Details

Build strength, balance and increase flexibility with a combination of cardio, toning and relaxation exercises. Modifications and variations will be offered to meet the needs and levels of all participants. Please wear comfortable, light clothing and bring a mat, a water bottle and a small towel.  


Desarrolle fuerza, equilibrio, tonificación y aumente la flexibilidad con una combinación de ejercicios cardiovasculares, tonificantes y de relajación. Se ofrecerán modificaciones y variaciones para satisfacer las necesidades y los niveles de todos los participantes. Por favor, use ropa cómoda y ligera (no se requieren zapatillas de deporte) y traiga una colchoneta, una botella de agua y una toalla pequeña.
