Enjoy the mobility, vitality, and peace of mind that this yoga practice can provide, while feeling fully supported in your chair. Please have lightweights, a small ball, and a resistance band for the class. If you cannot join us in the library, feel free to join us online! Program link will be provided in the reminder email.
